Management Cost in Centers as a Tool to Achieve the Financial Goals of the Company

Main purpose of this thesis is characteristics of compiling, monitoring and assessing costs on individual cost centres and identifying cost management as an instrument for achieving company financial goals. Further, the thesis focuses on accounting of revenues and costs among cost centres and internal prices within the company. First part of the thesis is concerned with theoretical knowledge regarding costs; second part is concerned with practical analysis of cost management in a specific company. In the final part of the thesis, there are recommendations for the company to make cost management processes on individual cost centres efficient.
